Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days of payment being received.
Delivery Service Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD UK Next Day. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. I currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are based on the size of your order:
- Small pieces — £3.99 shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Medium pieces — £5.99 shipped via DPD Next Day
- Large pieces — £6.50 shipped via DPD Next Day
Gift Orders For gift deliveries, please enter the recipient's address at checkout. If you would like a personal note included, please contact me via the website contact form at the time of purchase.
Packaging In keeping with my commitment to sustainability, all orders are packaged securely using recycled and recyclable materials, reusing packaging wherever possible — sustainably wrapped and carefully presented.
Lost or Damaged in Transit In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of your expected delivery date with your order details and photographs where relevant. I will do my best to resolve the situation promptly, including raising a claim with the courier on your behalf — whether that results in a replacement, repair, or refund.
