Each piece is lightweight and designed to sit on two small, discreet nails, creating a natural floating effect.
- Hold your piece against the wall and choose the desired height.
- Identify and mark discreet fixing points that suit your unique piece, allowing the macrame to sit level once hung. Due to the organic shape of the driftwood, the nails themselves may not be perfectly level.
- Hammer nails at a slight upward angle.
- Gently rest the driftwood onto the nails and adjust until it sits naturally and secure.
Pieces can be displayed indoors or outdoors and are suitable for areas like bathrooms, porches, or other sheltered spots, as the rope is naturally rot-resistant.
Safety Caution: Please ensure fixings are secure. Keep away from open fires and heat sources. Keep out of the reach of babies and children.
Arrangement
Every care has been taken to package your macramé wall hanging so it can be taken straight from the packaging and hung on your wall. However, the ropes may be curled or shifted from packaging - this is completely normal. Simply realign them gently. The fringe may need a little firm reshaping to encourage it to fall straight and undo the memory of its packaged shape. The piece will continue to settle naturally over time once hung.
To finish, softly fluff and separate the fringe to restore its natural flow and add volume.

Pieces can be used inside or outside. If displayed outdoors, choose a dry, sheltered spot.
Ropes may fade over time in direct sunlight.
To refresh, give your piece a gentle shake to remove dust.
