Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact me at hello@knotinthesea.co.uk. I will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior contact cannot be accepted.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Custom pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.
Damages & Faults All pieces are carefully inspected and quality checked before dispatch. If you have any concerns about your order upon arrival, please contact me within 14 days with your order details and clear photographs. I will assess each case individually and arrange an appropriate resolution — whether that's a repair, replacement, or refund. If a return is required due to a fault, I will provide a prepaid returns label via email.
Lost or Damaged in Transit In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days with your order details and photographs. I will raise a claim with the courier on your behalf and work to resolve the situation promptly.
Exchanges I am unable to offer exchanges. If you would like a different design, please purchase the new piece separately.
Gift Purchases All refunds are issued to the original payment method only. If an item was purchased as a gift and the recipient contacts me directly regarding a return, I will require confirmation from the original buyer before proceeding.
Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, I will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If more than 8 days have passed since approval, please contact me at hello@knotinthesea.co.uk.
