How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on the size of your order:

  • Small pieces — £3.99 Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Medium pieces — £5.99 DPD Next Day
  • Large pieces — £6.50 DPD Next Day

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for small parcels or DPD UK Next Day for medium and large parcels. I currently only post within the UK.
  • You'll receive an email with your tracking details once your order is on its way.

True to my repurposing values, each piece is packaged securely, using recycled and recyclable materials, reusing packaging  whenever possible - sustainably wrapped yet beautifully presented.

Can I send a piece as a gift?

Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. You're welcome to include a personal note and I'll add it to the package.

Please double check the delivery address before completing your order.

Can I return an item or get a refund?

Yes — you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact me within 14 days with your order details and photos and I will do my best to help.

Custom pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

How do I hang my piece?

Each piece is lightweight and designed to sit on two small, discrete nails, creating a natural floating effect.

Pieces can be displayed indoors or outdoors and are suitable for areas like bathrooms, porches, or other sheltered spots, as the rope is naturally rot-resistant.

For solid walls, appropriate fixings may be required.

Please ensure fixings are secure before hanging. Keep away from open fires and heat sources. Place out of reach of babies and young children.

Can I share a photo of my piece?
