Postage and packaging

All orders are shipped within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD UK Next Day. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order:

• Small pieces - £3.99
• Medium pieces - £5.99
• Large pieces - £6.50

I currently only post within the United Kingdom.

For gift deliveries, enter the recipients address at checkout.  Message me if you would like me to include a personal note.

True to my repurposing values, each piece is packaged securely, using recycled and recyclable materials, reusing packaging  whenever possible - sustainably wrapped and carefully presented.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please get in touch within 14 days with your order details and photos where relevant. I will do my best to resolve the situation promptly, including raising a claim with the courier on your behalf — whether that results in a replacement, repair, or refund.
